What does hypnosis feel like?

The state of hypnosis is something we experience naturally everyday. Think of the feeling of just waking up in the morning, or when you're lost in a daydream or really good movie. You're awake but deeply relaxed and a little sleept-like.

What can hypnosis help with?

Hypnosis has been proven to help in many areas of people’s lives, particularly around bad habits, thought patterns, or limiting beliefs.

The more common areas clients come to me for help with include increased confidence and motivation, career and goal setting, weight loss, anxiety, eliminate fears and phobias, and quitting bad habits like smoking.

How often should I book sessions?

This will depend on what you are working on, but typically our first 3 sessions will be weekly and then bi-weekly after that.

Will I lose control in hypnosis?

You will be 100% in control, awake and aware throughout the session. Most clients are surprised to find that they can still think in hypnosis and even repeat much of what I said after the session is complete.

Will I get a recording of our session?

Yes, I often provide clients with a short recording to listen to daily right before bed or first thing in the morning (this is when your subconscious mind is most receptive).

What if I can't be hypnotized?

Many clients are shocked by how easily and deeply they are able to relax in our sessions. Working live and one on one with a facilitator like myself can help you find relaxation like never before.

How many sessions will it take to see results?

This will depend on what you are working on, but typically you will feel better after your first session and I recommend booking at least 5 sessions to solidify the new beliefs and create lasting change.
